EU companies can now integrate faster with our new hosted onboarding process, typically in less than 15 minutes.

- Account holder's name
- Country
- IBAN

KYC/B Verification
Users can choose between Instant Verification and Quick Verification.
Instant Verification
Full access to the platform. Required documents:
- Proof of registration (extract from the trade register, dated less than 3 months ago)
- If you are integrating an operational company or a subsidiary where another company owns more than 25%, also upload the parent company's proof of registration.
Identity verification process:
- Scan an official identity document using a phone
- For a passport: a clear color photo
- For an ID card / driver's license / residence permit: photos of the front and back
- The document must be valid, clearly visible, and belong to a person over 18 years old
- After scanning the identity, a selfie is required.
Quick Verification
Faster integration with limited access. Users can sell materials, but withdrawals are only possible after completing full KYC.
Required documents:

- Back of an ID or passport (second file)
- The front and back in a single file are not accepted.
Good to Know
In most cases, only proof of registration is required. For companies outside Europe, additional documents may be requested by Mangopay. Documents must be in: Dutch, English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, or Spanish.
