Please note that if you do not have a company credit card, and your debit card is not supported, that you can submit a personal credit card and change this at a later date.
We are working on supporting different payment methods!
KYC/B
The final step within the registration is to submit some businss documentation. This allows us to verify your company and create a safe trading environment. For all documents goes that they are accepted in the following languages: Dutch, English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese or Spanish.
The documents needed are:
- Shareholder declaration, this template can be found on our partner's website here. Please note that this document is always needed when it concerns a legal entity rather than a soletrader.
- Proof of registration, official document dated within the last 3 months from your country's register.
- Articles of Incorporation, please provide your certified articles of incorporation, which must include details on directors, business activities, and governance.
- Proof of Identity, this can be an ID card or a passport. Please note that pictures of these documents cannot be obstructed in any way, and have to be clearly visible. When uploading a passport you can upload the same document twice (you do not need to upload the backside of the passport).
- UBO declaration, this does not require any external documentation but is instead filled in within the platform.
Best practices for identity proof:
When you upload your ID, pick one official document from your country and make sure the personal details on it match what you entered during registration. If it's a passport, snap a single, clear color photo of the open pages; if it's an ID card, driver's license or residence permit, take two distinct color photos, one of the front and one of the back. Your document must be current (not expired), issued to someone over 18, and fully visible, no edges cut off, no fingers covering the text or photo, and no glare or blurring.
